After submitting paperwork from the government agency requesting DNA testing to us, Onsite DNA & Genetics Testing will help schedule your DNA collection appointments following strict AABB compliance. Thee Process for Immigration DNA Testing: Step 1. Onsite DNA schedules the petitioner’s DNA-collection appointment in the USA. (note: we need to have your USCIS DNA testing request form in hand before sending out the DNA collection kits. The USCIS DNA testing request form can be emailed or faxed to us.) Step 2. Petitioner’s DNA sample is collected. Step 3. Onsite DNA ships a DNA collection kit to the U.S. embassy/immigration office in the beneficiary’s home country. Step 4. The embassy/immigration office collects the beneficiary’s DNA sample and ships the samples back to Onsite DNA & Genetics Testing. Step 5. Once testing is complete, we send the legally defensible (chain of custody) test results and a clear explanation of the results to the proper immigration authorities and the U.S. petitioner. *Note that, upon receiving all needed samples the immigration DNA test results will be completed in as few as 2 business days.* Results are completely confidential, and your private genetic information is never shared with or sold to outside parties.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Cancellations All sales and payment(s) for testing services and At Home DNA Testing Kits are final. Clients are allowed 1 courtesy appointment reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the intended appointment. After the courtesy is extended, you will need to rebook your service. If Onsite DNA & Genetics Testing requires sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. Please email support@OnsiteLabs.net for all refund questions or concerns. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE ALLOWED AT THE TESTING LOCATION OR DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT. Only the parties being tested should be present.
