Service Description
Paternity testing at home offers a simple and convenient method to verify the paternity of a child, providing peace of mind without the need for a clinic visit. Simply order your test kit, adhere to the instructions provided, and return your samples to our laboratory. A prepaid envelope is included in each kit. Receive your answers within 1–2 days after the lab receives your samples. Result will be emailed to the email address provided in the intake questionnaire at checkout. *Please note results from this test are for peace of mind only. If you are seeking a court admissible paternity test, please book an appointment for a Legal Paternity Test.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Cancellations All sales and payment(s) for testing services and At Home DNA Testing Kits are final. Clients are allowed 1 courtesy appointment reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the intended appointment. After the courtesy is extended, you will need to rebook your service. If Onsite DNA & Genetics Testing requires sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. Please email support@OnsiteLabs.net for all refund questions or concerns. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE ALLOWED AT THE TESTING LOCATION OR DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT. Only the parties being tested should be present.
